Electrician (Commercial / Industrial)

About the role

We are looking for an approved Electrician with commercial and industrial experience to join a family‑run electrical contractor. The role offers a varied day‑to‑day environment, working on projects ranging from housing developments to factories and schools within an hour of Chichester.

Key responsibilities

• Install, maintain and service bespoke electrical systems on domestic, commercial and industrial sites.
• Work with specialised equipment such as solar panels, EV chargers, fire‑alarm systems and structured cabling.
• Travel to multiple sites within a one‑hour radius and adhere to health and safety standards.
• Provide overtime coverage as required, including evenings, weekends and Sundays.

Required profile

• Approved Electrician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) with proven commercial/industrial experience.
• Willingness to commute to sites within an hour of Chichester.
• Ability to work flexible hours and overtime.
