Electrician – Commercial Installation (Full-time/Contract)

About the role
We are seeking qualified electricians to join a commercial installation project in Wantage. The role is full‑time on a fixed‑term basis, working 39 hours per week over an initial 4‑6 week period with the possibility of extending to three months.
Key responsibilities
- Install metal containment systems including conduit, trays and trunking.
- Run single cables throughout the commercial building.
- Perform second‑fix installations of lighting fixtures and power sockets.
- Adhere to project schedules, working 07:30‑16:00 with an early finish on Fridays.
Required profile
- Valid ECS or JIB card.
- Checkable work references.
- Ability to work on‑site for the duration of the contract.
Required skills
- Conduit and tray installation.
- Trunking and metal containment.
- Single cable routing.
- Second‑fix lighting and socket installation.
What we offer
- £31.00 per hour (CIS/UMB/LTD) or £23.00 per hour PAYE.
- 39‑hour work week with early Friday finish.
- Potential extension to a three‑month contract.
