About the role
We are seeking a qualified Electrician to join a three‑month data‑centre project in North Acton, West London. The role is on‑site, with the possibility of working up to 12‑hour days and offers competitive daily rates.
Key responsibilities
- Install metal containment systems within the data‑centre environment.
- Carry out 2nd‑fix wiring and final electrical connections.
- Adhere to health and safety standards while working long shifts.
- Collaborate with the site team to ensure timely project delivery.
Required profile
- Valid JIB/ECs card.
- IPAF certification.
- Ability to provide relevant work references.
- Willingness to work on a contractor or PAYE basis.
Required skills
- IPAF‑certified equipment operation.
- Metal containment installation.
- 2nd‑fix wiring for data‑centre installations.
- Electrical work in high‑availability environments.
What we offer
- £28.00 per hour on a contractor (CIS/LTD/UMB) basis.
- £20.00 per hour on a PAYE basis if preferred.
- Three‑month fixed‑term assignment.
- Opportunity to work on a critical data‑centre project.
