Electrician G6 – Rochdale

About the role

Managed Property Services (MPS) is looking for an Electrician to join its reactive and planned maintenance team, delivering high‑quality building maintenance services for Rochdale Borough Council.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out electrical installations and repairs within agreed timescales.
• Maintain a high standard of workmanship while ensuring excellent customer care.
• Comply with all customer and contract requirements, demonstrating efficiency and reliability.
• Collaborate with team members to provide a responsive building maintenance service.

Required profile

• Relevant vocational qualifications such as City & Guilds Electrical Theory Parts 1 & 2, NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds 2391 Testing & Inspection, or equivalent.
• Extensive experience in the electrical trade.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong commitment to customer service and quality of work.
