Electrician – Path to Project Engineer (Kendal)

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Electrician who wants to transition into an office‑based Project Engineer position. Based in Kendal, you will work Monday to Friday with no weekend or overtime requirements, supporting a leading electrical contractor in the commercial and industrial sectors.
Key responsibilities
- Liaise with customers to capture project requirements.
- Oversee delivery and commissioning of control systems.
- Produce accurate technical drawings for project documentation.
- Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to ensure projects meet specifications and quality standards.
- Work regular office hours (7:30 AM – 4:30 PM) on site.
Required profile
- Qualified Electrician or equivalent with 18th Edition, 2391 installation qualifications.
- Desire to progress into a Project Engineer role.
- Able to commute to Kendal.
