Electrician – Permanent Role in Bracknell

About the role

We are looking for a qualified Electrician to join a Property Services team in Bracknell on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will deliver safe electrical repairs, installations, servicing and testing across a portfolio of residential properties.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out electrical works to the highest standard, aiming for first‑time fixes while complying with BS7671.
• Identify and repair faults, rewire domestic systems and perform full property rewires.
• Interpret drawings and specifications, requisition materials and test completed installations.
• Provide electrical expertise for bathroom, kitchen and whole‑property projects, both occupied and vacant.
• Participate in out‑of‑hours emergency call‑outs as required.
• Maintain the company vehicle, performing regular safety checks and reporting defects.

Required profile

• City & Guilds 2391, 2360 (Parts 1 & 2) or equivalent NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation.
• Practical experience working to the current edition of BS7671.
• Full driving licence.
• Ability to pass a basic DBS check.
