About the role

We are looking for a qualified electrician who wants a stable, low‑stress position working on domestic properties within an hour of home. This permanent role offers a clear career path, full induction and ongoing training, and the chance to stop chasing work.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out electrical installations, testing and EICR inspections on domestic properties.
• Provide routine maintenance and fault fixing for local clients.
• Travel to job sites using a company van and fuel card, ensuring punctual arrival.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and comply with health & safety standards.

Required profile

• 18th Edition qualification.
• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent).
• Experience with testing/EICR work on domestic properties.
• AM2 certification.
• Full UK driving licence.

Required skills

• 18th Edition electrical knowledge.
• Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) testing.
• Domestic property wiring and maintenance.
• AM2 competency.
• Safe vehicle operation with a company van.
