Electrician – Telecommunications Maintenance (Scotland)

About the role

We are seeking an Electrician to join our Digital Solutions team supporting the IMT/Ericsson telecommunication infrastructure across Scotland. The role involves both planned and reactive maintenance, with regular travel to Inverness and Aberdeen and a company van provided.

Key responsibilities

• Perform electrical test and inspection works and diagnose faults on telecom sites.
• Carry out repairs and maintenance as part of reactive and follow‑up programmes.
• Conduct site surveys and attend meetings with clients and partners.
• Ensure operational KPIs are met and report performance.
• Participate in an emergency standby rota to maintain continuous service.

Required profile

• Hold 2365 Level 2 and Level 3 Diplomas and 2391 Test and Inspection qualifications gained through an apprenticeship.
• Possess an 18th Edition electrical qualification.
• Full driving licence.
