Electronics Engineer – Progression to Management

About the role

We are seeking a senior Electronics Engineer to join our Defence‑focused hardware team. The role offers a clear pathway to management, allowing you to share your expertise with graduates and junior engineers while working on cutting‑edge positioning and navigation technology for satellite communications.

Key responsibilities

• Design and verify digital and analogue circuits for satellite communication products.
• Develop new hardware solutions for the Defence sector, including GNSS and RF systems.
• Collaborate with the hardware team to bring concepts from initial design through to production.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers, providing technical guidance and training.

Required profile

• Qualified Electronics Engineer with full product life‑cycle experience (conception to production).
• Ability to obtain enhanced Security Clearance.
• Senior‑level experience in hardware design within the Defence or Space sectors.
