EL/PL Fee Earner – Defendant Insurance Claims

About the role

Join an award‑winning insurance law firm as an EL/PL Fee Earner, working within a respected defendant insurance team. You will manage a quality caseload of Employers' Liability and Public Liability claims on behalf of leading insurer clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload of defendant EL/PL claims from inception to resolution.
• Handle technically interesting, litigated matters across a broad range of insurance disputes.

• Maintain accurate case records and ensure compliance with firm procedures.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing a caseload of defendant Employers' Liability and Public Liability claims.
• Confidence in handling litigated matters through all stages of the process.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
