EL/PL Paralegal – Employers’ & Public Liability

About the role

Bond Turner is seeking an EL/PL Paralegal to join its Personal Injury team in Liverpool. This full‑time position offers hands‑on experience managing lower‑value employers’ liability and public liability claims, working alongside experienced solicitors.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a personal caseload of pre‑ and post‑litigated EL/PL claims.
• Review liability documents and medical reports.
• Liaise with clients, third parties, and medical providers.
• Draft witness statements and arrange medical appointments.
• Prepare files for issue or trial and support senior fee earners as needed.

Required profile

• Experience handling or assisting on EL/PL files (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Previous litigation experience is desirable but not essential.

Required skills

• Proficient use of the Proclaim case management system.
