EL/PL Solicitor – Casualty (0-2 years PQE)

About the role

Keoghs is seeking a talented NQ‑to‑2‑year PQE solicitor to join its casualty team in Bristol. You will work on a broad, highly technical caseload that goes beyond traditional EL/PL litigation, supporting complex, high‑value claims for public‑sector clients such as police forces and local authorities.

Key responsibilities

• Assist on a varied caseload of complex and high‑value Employer’s and Public Liability claims.
• Review and analyse liability, causation and quantum evidence.
• Draft pleadings, witness statements and other legal documentation.
• Liaise with clients, counsel, experts and witnesses, and support trial preparation.
• Assist with tribunal matters, gaining exposure to additional contentious work.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with 0‑2 years’ PQE.
• Experience in personal injury, casualty litigation, insurance litigation or general dispute resolution.
• Strong analytical abilities and excellent written and verbal communication.
• A genuine interest in complex litigation and public‑sector work.
