Email Campaign Executive

About the role

An exciting opportunity has opened up for an Email Campaign Executive to join a well‑established manufacturer in the safety equipment sector, based in Oxfordshire. The role sits at the centre of communication with the global distribution network, taking ownership of email marketing campaigns from planning through to reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, build and send email campaigns for the company's global distribution network.
• Manage a global campaign calendar to ensure timely delivery.
• Create targeted campaigns aligned with customer needs and business goals.
• Develop and maintain automated journeys, nurture campaigns and lead‑generation flows.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales and Marketing teams across multiple regions.
• Maintain a clean, GDPR‑compliant marketing database.
• Run A/B tests and continuously improve campaign performance.
• Track KPIs and translate data into actionable insights.
• Ensure brand consistency and technical accuracy in every send.
• Support event promotion and post‑event lead nurturing.

Required profile

• 2+ years' experience in email marketing, campaign management or marketing automation.
• Background in B2B marketing environments.
• Strong written communication and copy‑writing ability.
• Excellent attention to detail and solid project‑management skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines.
• Team player accustomed to working across marketing, sales and product functions.
