Email Marketing Executive (9‑month Fixed‑Term)

About the role
This 9‑month fixed‑term position offers an experienced email marketer the chance to work with a well‑established UK charity. You will join a purpose‑driven team, creating and optimising email campaigns that support fundraising, stakeholder engagement and audience growth.
Key responsibilities
- Build, deploy and manage email marketing campaigns using Dotdigital.
- Create and maintain automated customer journeys and lifecycle workflows.
- Segment audiences to improve targeting and performance.
- Monitor, analyse and report on campaign metrics.
- Conduct A/B testing and implement optimisation recommendations.
Required profile
- Proven experience in an email marketing role.
- Strong hands‑on experience with Dotdigital (essential).
- Experience designing automated email journeys and lifecycle campaigns.
- Excellent understanding of audience segmentation and email best practices.
