Email Marketing Executive

About the role

We are seeking an Email Marketing Executive to join our growing global marketing team. Based in Pangbourne with a hybrid working model, you will own the email channel that connects our innovative technology solutions with electrical engineers worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and launch targeted email campaigns using Pardot and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Manage audience segmentation, scheduling and marketing automation to maximise reach and relevance.
• Optimise subject lines, copy and calls-to-action through A/B testing and data-driven insights.
• Analyse campaign performance, produce reports and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with content specialists and support broader digital activities, including LinkedIn.

Required profile

• Organised and analytical with a passion for high-quality B2B marketing.
• Proven experience creating and managing email campaigns in a B2B environment.
• Comfortable working with multiple projects and tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Hands-on experience with Pardot.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Familiarity with HubSpot or Mailchimp.
• Strong attention to detail and data-analysis capability.
