Email Marketing Manager

About the role

As the Email Marketing Manager you will craft and execute data‑driven email campaigns that drive measurable growth for our clients. You will own strategy, optimisation and client relationships while collaborating across the Growth team.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement email marketing campaigns focused on acquisition, retention and engagement.
• Analyse performance metrics to optimise open rates, click‑through rates and conversions.
• Leverage advanced segmentation and personalisation to deliver tailored experiences.
• Develop and manage automated email workflows and maintain consistent touchpoints.
• Collaborate with Growth, marketing, sales, tech and creative teams to align email strategy with broader initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR and industry best practices for deliverability and brand integrity.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance and insights.

Required profile

• Proven expertise with email platforms such as DotDigital, Hubspot or Mailchimp.
• Strong data‑management skills, including importing, integrating and analysing data.
• Experience conducting email audits, running client workshops and developing strategic plans.
• Technical ability to design, test, execute campaigns and ensure GDPR compliance.
• Excellent client‑facing communication and relationship‑building skills.
