EMEA Client Facing Technology Enablement Lead

About the role

Join a leading global asset management firm as the EMEA Client Facing Technology Enablement Lead. You will work within PIMCO Technology, collaborating with engineers, product owners and client teams to deliver technology solutions that support our investors and business partners across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with client‑facing teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Lead the design, development and delivery of technology enablement initiatives that improve client experience.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, ensuring alignment on priorities, timelines and quality standards.
• Drive adoption of best practices, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement across the engineering community.
• Represent technology in client meetings, presenting solutions and gathering feedback.
