EMEA Customer Marketing Manager

About the role

The EMEA Customer Marketing Manager will lead the creation and deployment of contact‑lens category awareness, consideration and retention campaigns across the EMEA region. You will work closely with market partners, external agencies and internal directors to embed value‑added product toolkits and drive market share growth.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with EMEA Customer Marketing, Category Insights and market partners to deliver insight‑led category campaigns aligned with strategic vision.
• Design and build creative platforms with external agencies for brand‑agnostic category campaigns.
• Develop innovative, budget‑conscious activation ideas to support market partner uptake.
• Evolve the added‑value services framework, shaping messaging architecture and long‑term vision.
• Collaborate with the Director of Professional Affairs and Commercial Operations to feed initiatives into the framework.
• Create Myopia‑focused KAM/Field Sales toolkits and ensure training materials are accessible.

Required profile

• 10‑15 years of commercial experience in key‑account, customer/shopper marketing or category management.
• Proven ability to analyse data, generate insights and present strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
• Strong leadership, influencing and remote‑team management skills.
• Experience managing external agencies and budgets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Required skills

• Excellent presentation and writing/editing abilities.
• Strong analytical, financial projection and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
