About the role
The EMEA Payroll Associate will join a high‑end financial services organisation’s payroll team, delivering payroll for multiple countries across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Working from our London office, you will ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for a diverse employee base.
Key responsibilities
- Process monthly payrolls for various EMEA countries in collaboration with an outsourced payroll provider.
- Prepare and submit payroll instructions each month.
- Reconcile and approve payroll output reports.
- Respond to employee and stakeholder queries via mailbox and phone.
- Provide high‑quality customer service on all payroll matters.
- Support the team in meeting tight deadlines and targets.
Required profile
- Proven experience handling EMEA payrolls.
- Strong numeracy and written communication abilities.
- High organisational capability and ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Team‑oriented mindset.
