EMEA Payroll Manager (Fixed‑Term)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced EMEA Payroll Manager on a long‑term fixed‑term contract to lead payroll operations across the United Kingdom and Europe. You will oversee a team of payroll professionals and ensure accurate, timely processing for multiple jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple monthly UK payroll runs.
• Coordinate and process payroll for EMEA countries including France, Germany, Italy and the Netherlands.
• Ensure payroll is processed accurately and on schedule.
• Drive compliance with domestic and international payroll regulations.
• Lead the payroll team day‑to‑day, identifying training and development needs.
• Design and implement process improvements and new ideas.

• Proven experience managing EMEA payroll operations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a payroll team.
