About the role
The EMEA Payroll Manager will own the end‑to‑end payroll function across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Reporting to the International HR Director, you will ensure accurate, timely payroll delivery while driving compliance and efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate payroll processing for 10+ EMEA entities using a network of in‑country partners.
- Develop, implement and maintain payroll policies and procedures.
- Stay current with payroll legislation changes across all jurisdictions.
- Perform payroll accounting duties and ensure correct journal entries.
- Produce payroll reports and analytical insights for senior management.
- Drive compliance initiatives and identify opportunities for payroll efficiencies.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders and act as the subject‑matter expert on international payroll.
Required profile
- Proven experience managing multi‑country payroll operations.
- Strong knowledge of EMEA payroll legislation and best practices.
- Hands‑on, detail‑oriented approach with the ability to influence senior leaders.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment.
