EMEA Payroll Specialist – 12‑Month Fixed‑Term Contract

About the role

We are looking for an experienced EMEA Payroll Specialist to join our payroll team on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. You will support the Payroll Manager in delivering accurate, compliant payroll services across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, working with external payroll providers and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and prepare payroll input data for external payroll providers.
• Review, validate and approve payroll outputs produced by payroll bureaus.
• Ensure employee salary payments, tax submissions and social security contributions are processed accurately and on time.
• Prepare payroll pre‑funding cost estimates for overseas payroll transfers.
• Process and raise local and international payroll payments across multiple currencies.
• Manage relationships with payroll service providers and ensure service levels are met.
• Respond promptly to payroll‑related employee queries.
• Maintain accurate payroll records, documentation and filing systems.
• Support payroll compliance activities across multiple EMEA jurisdictions.
• Assist with payroll audits, reconciliations and reporting requirements.

Required profile

• Proven payroll experience within an EMEA or international payroll environment.
• Strong understanding of payroll processes, controls and compliance requirements.
• Experience working with external payroll providers and managing service delivery.
• Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills.
