EMEA Payroll Specialist – 12‑Month Fixed‑Term

About the role

We are looking for an experienced EMEA Payroll Specialist to join our dynamic payroll team on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. Working closely with the Payroll Manager, you will ensure accurate and compliant payroll processing across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, collaborating with external providers and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and prepare payroll input data for external payroll providers.
• Review, validate and approve payroll outputs produced by payroll bureaus.
• Process employee salary payments, tax submissions and social security contributions on time.
• Prepare pre‑funding cost estimates for overseas payroll transfers.
• Handle local and international payroll payments in multiple currencies.
• Maintain relationships with payroll service providers and monitor service levels.
• Respond promptly to employee payroll queries.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation.
• Support compliance activities across EMEA jurisdictions.
• Assist with payroll audits, reconciliations and reporting requirements.

Required profile

• Proven payroll experience within an EMEA or international environment.
• Strong understanding of payroll processes, controls and compliance.
• Experience managing external payroll providers and service delivery.
• Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Confident communicator with excellent customer‑service orientation.
