EMEA Project Manager – Operations & Programmes

About the role

We are seeking an experienced EMEA Project Manager to support a fast‑growing team that is expanding a world‑class marketplace across Europe. The role is based in London with two days per week in the office and involves coordinating strategic programmes across the EMEA region.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple workstreams across EMEA, ensuring timely delivery.
• Manage project plans, timelines, risks and stakeholder communications.
• Partner with commercial, partnerships and operations teams to drive initiatives.
• Facilitate meetings, track actions and ensure accountability.
• Produce clear project documentation, status updates and presentation materials.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency.
• Conduct research and light analysis to support decision‑making.
• Act as the central point of coordination for complex, fast‑moving initiatives.

Required profile

• Organised, proactive professional comfortable in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
• Experience supporting consumer‑facing brands, partnership programmes, brand marketing or influencer campaigns (highly desirable).
• Background in Project Management, Operations, Consulting or Business Planning.
• Strong track record coordinating cross‑functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to changing business needs.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Self‑starting attitude with confidence to drive projects forward.
