EMEA Recruiter – Full‑Cycle Talent Partner
serval · London
Job description
About the role
Serval is looking for its first EMEA Talent Partner to own recruiting across the region. You will build the hiring function from scratch, covering both technical and go‑to‑market roles, and deliver a candidate experience that exceeds expectations for a fast‑growing AI‑automation company.
Key responsibilities
- Design and execute professional‑services hiring strategy, including sourcing plans and full‑cycle recruiting for implementation consultants, leadership and specialist delivery roles.
- Partner with hiring managers and the Head of Talent to forecast headcount, define ideal candidate profiles and prioritize hiring needs.
- Own the candidate experience from first touch to offer acceptance, especially for senior, consultative talent.
- Develop scalable recruiting systems, interview loops and scorecards where none currently exist.
- Drive outbound sourcing and build pipelines from enterprise implementation and delivery talent at companies such as ServiceNow and Salesforce.
- Collaborate with Marketing to shape employer‑brand messaging that attracts enterprise delivery professionals.
- Track and report metrics on pipeline velocity, conversion rates and time‑to‑hire to continuously improve efficiency.
- Work cross‑functionally with Sales and Recruiting peers to ensure consistent standards and smooth handoffs.
Required profile
- 3+ years of recruiting experience, with direct hiring for Professional Services, Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, Implementation or Customer Success roles at a B2B SaaS company.
- Proven success recruiting for enterprise‑level motions rather than high‑volume SMB or PLG hiring.
- Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS delivery and ability to assess real delivery experience.
- Data‑driven mindset, using recruiting metrics to inform prioritisation and process improvements.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills to convey Serval’s mission to a constantly pitched candidate pool.
- High agency and adaptability, comfortable building processes from scratch in a fast‑moving early‑stage environment.
- Based in or willing to work from Serval’s San Francisco headquarters, five days a week.
What we offer
- Impact: Play a key role in shaping the success of Serval’s product and company.
- Growth: Build a fundamentally new AI product offering with support from experienced investors and leadership.
- Culture: Join a culture that values innovation, ownership, accountability and fun.
