EMEA Regional Controller

About the role

We are seeking an experienced EMEA Regional Controller to join a fast‑growing, NASDAQ‑listed technology and telecoms group. This temporary, high‑visibility position will support the EMEA Finance Director and oversee financial operations across the UK, Germany and the wider EMEA region.

Key responsibilities

• Own month‑end, quarter‑end and EMEA consolidation processes.
• Prepare and review financial reporting in line with US GAAP for a US‑listed parent.
• Lead both in‑house and outsourced finance teams.
• Drive acquisition integration, controls and process‑improvement projects.
• Ensure accuracy of all financial documents and compliance with regulations.
• Supervise accounting operations across the EMEA region.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline procedures.
• Analyse financial data to identify trends and improvement areas.
• Support audits and liaise with external auditors as required.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulations.
• Experience working in a US‑based business environment.
• Proven track record managing accounting and finance functions.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
• Relevant professional qualifications in accounting or finance.

What we offer

• Salary range £80,000‑£95,000 per year, dependent on experience.
