Emotional Wellbeing Coach

About the role

We are seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic Emotional Wellbeing Coach to join our Children and Young Peoples Emotional Wellbeing Service in Wiltshire. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to deliver solution‑focused coaching that builds resilience for children, young people, families and professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalised coaching programmes using the Thrive Framework and the 5 Ways to Wellbeing (connect, be active, learn, give, be mindful).
• Deliver social prescribing and outcome‑focused support for emotional health issues.
• Collaborate with health, education and social care professionals to ensure holistic care.
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to service development.

Required profile

• Level 3 Certificate in Work with Parents or equivalent experience.
• Excellent empathetic communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle for work purposes.
• Motivation to support children, young people and their families.

Required skills

• Solution‑focused coaching methodology.
• Knowledge of social prescribing and the 5 Ways to Wellbeing.
