Employee Benefits Account Handler – Remote

About the role

Our client, a fast‑growing UK and international employee benefits consultancy, is looking for an Employee Benefits Account Handler to deliver professional, comprehensive service to a portfolio of SME and corporate clients on a fully remote basis.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and manage Group Risk and Healthcare schemes, including Group Private Medical insurance and flexible benefit options.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client enquiries, ensuring high‑quality service and timely issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with scheme regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored benefits solutions for diverse client needs.
• Prepare and present regular reports on scheme performance and client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven experience in servicing and administering group risk or healthcare benefit schemes.
• Experience working with SME and corporate clients.
• Professional qualifications are advantageous but not essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
