Employee Benefits Consultant – Associate

About the role

Our client, an award‑winning employee benefits consultancy, is seeking an Associate Employee Benefits Consultant to manage a portfolio of clients and support senior consultants. The role offers the chance to develop expertise in group healthcare and risk schemes while working in a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of SME and corporate clients, building strong relationships.
• Develop and maintain contacts with insurers and client stakeholders.
• Support senior consultants on larger accounts, gaining exposure to complex benefit solutions.
• Handle administrative tasks for clients and delegate where appropriate.

Required profile

• Background in employee benefits, particularly Group Healthcare or Group Risk schemes.
• Experience with Group Private Medical Insurance, Group Risk, flexible benefit schemes, health cash plans and dental schemes (advantageous).
• Professional qualifications such as IF7 or GR1 are desirable but not essential.
• Client‑facing experience with SME and corporate organisations.
