Employee Relations Partner

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Partner to join a leading global entertainment and technology organisation on a six‑month interim basis. The role will support managers, employees and HR Business Partners across the UK and Ireland, providing expert guidance on complex employee relations matters and organisational change initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with HR Business Partners, Legal and People teams to deliver change management programmes such as TUPE, restructures, redundancies and settlement agreements.
• Provide expert advice to business leaders on redeployment, redundancy processes and complex employee relations cases.
• Conduct thorough investigations, produce objective recommendations and ensure robust documentation in HR case management systems.
• Coach managers and HR colleagues on best‑practice employee relations management.
• Analyse ER case trends and deliver data‑driven recommendations for process improvement.
• Contribute to training and education initiatives to build ER capability across the business.

Required profile

• Degree qualified in HR, Employment Law or a related discipline.
• 7‑10+ years of experience in a specialist Employee Relations role.
• Proven experience supporting organisational change programmes in a complex, global matrix environment.
• Excellent knowledge of UK employment law; exposure to Irish legislation is desirable.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
• Comfortable working with HR systems and case‑management tools.
