Employment Advisor – MSK Programme (North Finchley)

About the role

We are recruiting an experienced Employment Advisor to join a well‑established charity delivering an innovative Musculoskeletal (MSK) employment programme. Working from modern offices in North Finchley, you will partner with physiotherapists to help people whose health conditions affect their ability to find or stay in work.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of approximately 25 participants.
• Provide one‑to‑one employment coaching and support.
• Engage with employers to create sustainable job opportunities.
• Maintain accurate case records and administrative documentation.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team, including physiotherapists.
• Work from home one day per week for administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Previous experience as an Employment Advisor, Employment Coach, Work Coach, IPS Employment Specialist or similar role.
• Based in London and able to travel to North Finchley (≈15‑minute walk from Woodside Park Underground).
• Demonstrated ability to achieve employment outcomes and make a genuine difference.
• Commitment to a permanent contract with the charity.
