Our client in Cambridge is seeking an experienced Employment Executive or Solicitor to join their dedicated Employment team. The position offers a highly flexible working model, allowing you to choose full‑time, part‑time, hybrid or fully remote arrangements that suit your lifestyle.

Key responsibilities

• Provide specialist advice on all aspects of employment law to internal stakeholders.
• Draft, review and negotiate employment contracts, policies and procedural documents.
• Represent the organisation in employment tribunals and dispute resolution processes.
• Stay up‑to‑date with legislative changes and advise on compliance implications.
• Support HR and management teams with case management and risk mitigation.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor or equivalent legal professional with a focus on employment law.
• Proven experience handling employment‑related matters in a corporate environment.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible workload.
