Employment Solicitor – 2+ PQE, London

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Employment Solicitor with at least two years post‑qualification experience to join our nationally recognised Employment team in London. The role offers genuine hybrid working and the chance to manage a varied, high‑quality employer‑side caseload.

Key responsibilities

• Manage contentious and non‑contentious employment matters from instruction through to completion.
• Handle employment tribunal litigation, restrictive covenant disputes, TUPE, restructures, senior exits, contracts and policy drafting.
• Support corporate transactions and provide advisory services to SMEs and multinational organisations.
• Develop and maintain client relationships, contribute to business development and networking initiatives.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE, gained in a national or well‑regarded regional firm.
• Proven experience in both advisory work and tribunal litigation within employment law.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Commercial, solutions‑focused approach with strong organisational skills and the capacity to juggle multiple priorities.
