Employment Solicitor – 3-5 PQE (£55k-£65k)

About the role

We are seeking an Employment Solicitor with 3‑5 years post‑qualification experience to join a leading Employment team in Buckinghamshire. The role offers a blend of contentious and non‑contentious work within a progressive, fast‑growing law firm.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of employment matters, including Employment Tribunal claims and day‑to‑day advisory work.
• Provide strategic, commercially‑focused advice to a diverse client base.
• Handle employment aspects of corporate transactions where required.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years PQE with solid experience in both contentious and non‑contentious employment law.
• Excellent technical expertise, communication, and client‑management skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and a proactive approach to business development.
• Transactional employment experience is advantageous but not essential.
