About the role

We are seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor to join our growing employment law team. The role focuses on claimant matters, representing employees across a range of sectors and helping them navigate complex workplace issues.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of employment matters from inception to conclusion.
• Draft legal documents, policies, and correspondence.
• Conduct legal research and provide commercially sound advice.
• Represent clients in disputes, grievances, settlement agreements, and tribunal advocacy.
• Maintain efficient, cost‑effective work practices and use time‑recording systems accurately.
• Contribute to business development and uphold the firm’s high standards.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with solid experience in employment law.
• Demonstrated ability to manage cases independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong advocacy skills and a client‑focused approach.
