Employment Solicitor – Employment Law Team

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Employment Solicitor to join our growing Employment Law team. The role will involve representing both employees and employers across a wide range of industries, with a focus on claimant matters. You will provide specialist legal support, ensuring clients receive expert, tailored advice throughout their employment disputes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of employment matters from inception to conclusion.
• Draft legal documents, policies, and correspondence.
• Conduct legal research and deliver commercially sound advice.
• Represent clients in disputes, grievances, settlement agreements, and advisory tribunals.
• Advise and advocate for professionals in regulated sectors such as teachers, doctors, and nurses.
• Maintain high professional standards and cost‑effective work practices.
• Utilise time‑recording systems and IT tools efficiently.
• Contribute to business development and promote the firm’s employment law services.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with solid experience in employment law.
