Employment Solicitor – Fully Remote, 4+ PQE

About the role
We are seeking an Associate Employment Solicitor to join a rapidly expanding niche employment law practice. Working fully remotely, you will report directly to the Managing Partner and handle both contentious and non‑contentious matters for individuals and employers.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a full spectrum of employment law cases, including claimants and respondents.
- Provide legal advice on contractual, disciplinary, and discrimination issues.
- Convert hot leads into chargeable work, ensuring a minimum of 25 chargeable hours per week.
- Collaborate with support staff for engagement letters and billing.
Required profile
- Minimum 4 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in employment law.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build lasting client relationships.
- Experience in either pure employment law or a mix of employment and litigation work.
