About the role

Join a top‑100 UK law firm as an Employment Solicitor, working on a diverse portfolio of employment matters for SMEs to multinational corporations. The role offers a blend of contentious tribunal work, strategic advisory, and day‑to‑day HR issues, with the chance to develop expertise in immigration law as well.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on employment disputes, tribunal claims, and HR policy matters.
• Deliver strategic counsel to senior executives and business owners on employment risk.
• Manage a mixed caseload of employment and immigration matters with minimal supervision.
• Contribute to business development and client relationship management.
• Support the growth of the employment practice through networking and knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with NQ to 3 years PQE in employment law.
• Proven ability to manage own caseload and deliver practical, commercial advice.
• Strong client care skills and a proactive, organised approach.
• Interest in business development and building long‑term client relationships.

Required skills

• Solid technical knowledge of UK employment legislation.
• Experience handling tribunal claims and HR advisory work.
• Familiarity with immigration law (desirable).
