Employment Solicitor (NQ‑5 years PQE) – Leeds

About the role

We are seeking an Employment Solicitor with up to five years PQE to join our growing team in Leeds. The role involves handling a varied caseload of both contentious and non‑contentious employment matters, primarily representing claimants in Employment Tribunal proceedings.

Key responsibilities

• Manage claimant Employment Tribunal work from instruction through to resolution.
• Advise clients on settlement agreements, employment contracts and workplace disputes.
• Represent clients at Preliminary Hearings and other tribunal stages.
• Collaborate with an experienced, supportive team on both contentious and non‑contentious matters.

Required profile

• Between NQ and 5 years PQE with solid employment law experience.
• Strong client care and communication abilities.
• Proven experience managing an independent caseload.
• Proactive approach with excellent organisational skills.
