About the role
This role offers a motivated, commercially‑focused solicitor the chance to provide high‑quality employment law advice to a diverse client base in Bristol. You will handle both contentious and non‑contentious matters, managing your own caseload while contributing to team development.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver clear, practical advice on a wide range of employment law issues.
- Draft and manage Employment Tribunal documentation and claims.
- Prepare employment contracts, policies, handbooks and settlement agreements.
- Handle restructuring, redundancies and TUPE matters.
- Supervise junior team members where required.
Required profile
- Minimum 7 years post‑qualification experience in employment law.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail.
- Confidence managing complex matters and client relationships.
Required skills
- Employment law expertise.
- Experience with Employment Tribunal procedures.
