Employment Specialist – Connect to Work

About the role

Adecco is looking for an experienced Employment Specialist to join its Connect to Work programme in South West London. You will support adults facing barriers to employment, using person‑centred and trauma‑informed approaches to help them secure and sustain meaningful work.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver trauma‑informed, person‑centred employment support to individuals with diverse barriers.
• Build and maintain relationships with local employers, training providers and community organisations.
• Support participants from initial engagement through job entry, in‑work progression and retention.
• Develop and review personalised employment action plans and pathways.
• Facilitate one‑to‑one and group employability sessions, both face‑to‑face and virtually.
• Collaborate with health services, social care professionals and other partners to create employment pathways.
• Maintain accurate records, reports and performance data in line with data protection requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in supported employment or similar employability roles.
• Passionate about social mobility and helping individuals with complex needs.
• Proactive, flexible and able to work across community settings and virtually.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with employers and service partners.
