Employment Specialist – Neurodiversity Support (Hybrid)

About the role
This hybrid position (3‑4 days remote, 1 day onsite) supports neurodiverse individuals in maintaining or securing employment. You will work for a charitable organisation that has successfully placed over 30 people in lasting jobs.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of around 40 participants referred via NHS, job centres or self‑referral.
- Provide 1‑2 one‑to‑one sessions per day, focusing on job search, CV writing, interview preparation or workplace adjustments.
- Liaise with employers to discuss reasonable adjustments, returns to work and support plans.
- Coordinate with local job centres, attend career fairs and support clients through benefit processes such as PIP.
- Participate in regular team meetings at the St Neots office and occasional site visits.
Required profile
- Previous experience in employability or related fields (e.g., Work Coach, Employment Advisor, Recruitment Consultant, HR Advisor, teacher, tutor, recovery worker).
- Demonstrated ability to support neurodiverse individuals (ADHD, Autism, Dyspraxia, Tourette’s) or other vulnerable groups.
- Flexibility to work both remotely and onsite as required.
