Enabling Support Worker – Bromley

About the role

We are seeking an Enabling Support Worker to join our day centre in Bromley, supporting young adults with learning disabilities and complex needs. You will work closely with service users and follow person‑centred support plans to promote independence and wellbeing.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personal care, medication administration, and sleep‑in support as required.
• Encourage participation in activities such as arts & crafts, sport, fitness, wellbeing, and horticulture.
• Maintain accurate records in line with service requirements.
• Follow directions from service users and their support plans.

Required profile

• Passion for caring and community‑focused work.
• Ability to work flexibly, including sleep‑in sessions.
• Commitment to delivering high‑quality, person‑centred care.

What we offer

• Hourly rate of £12.80.
• Additional £60 payment for each sleep‑in shift.
• £500 bonus after 12 months of employment (terms apply).
