Enforcement Agent – Field Debt Recovery

About the role

As an Enforcement Agent you will work on the ground across North East London, visiting customers who are in debt and helping them find the most suitable solution to avoid further action. You will be supported by a market‑leading company that provides a company car, expenses, modern technology and comprehensive training.

Key responsibilities

• Visit residential and commercial properties to discuss outstanding debts with customers or their neighbours.
• Take payments, arrange repayment plans, and update the company’s system with accurate information.
• When necessary, secure and remove goods in accordance with legal guidelines.
• Provide guidance to vulnerable customers and refer them to appropriate support services.
• Plan and organise your daily schedule to maximise efficiency and coverage.
