Enforcement Agent

About the role

Join Bristow and Sutor Group as an Enforcement Agent, working in the field across multiple locations in the North West of London. You will help customers in debt find the best solution while enjoying a flexible schedule, a company car, and state‑of‑the‑art technology.

Key responsibilities

• Visit properties of customers in debt and engage with occupants or neighbours.
• Collect payments, arrange payment plans, and complete required questionnaires.
• Update internal systems with visit outcomes and payment details.
• When necessary, take control of goods and arrange their removal.
• Identify vulnerable customers and direct them to appropriate support services.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills; able to stay calm and influence outcomes.
• Trustworthy and honest, treating all individuals with respect and dignity.
• Ability to manage a self‑directed daily schedule and work independently.
