Engagement and Onboarding Lead

About the role

The Engagement and Onboarding Lead will drive commercial engagement, pipeline conversion and Salesforce management for the Greenskills technical training portfolio. Based primarily at the Langley campus, the role supports trade professionals through onboarding, training selection and employer management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead commercial engagement and conversion of warm leads for the specialist technical training portfolio.
• Manage and optimise Salesforce CRM to track customer interactions and pipeline performance.
• Design and execute targeted outreach campaigns to generate revenue.
• Support trade professionals in course selection, training requirements and employer liaison.
• Promote a high‑performing, compliant culture aligned with college values and green‑tech best practice.

Required profile

• Significant experience in lead generation and pipeline conversion within a fast‑paced environment.
• Proven ability to engage and onboard trade professionals.
• Passion for developing supportive, compliant cultures in education or training settings.
• Understanding of green‑tech, retrofit and Net Zero initiatives is desirable.
