Engagement Lead – Apprenticeships (South England)

About the role

We are seeking an Engagement Lead to manage and grow relationships with key employer accounts across the South of England for a fast‑growing apprenticeship provider. You will act as the trusted face of the organisation, driving apprenticeship awareness and learner engagement within existing client portfolios.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 5‑6 large employer accounts, collaborating with operational stakeholders and regional leaders.
• Organise and deliver apprenticeship open days, Q&A sessions, and other engagement events.
• Build relationships with decision‑makers across multi‑site employers and develop local engagement plans.
• Support learner recruitment campaigns and act as the visible representative of the training provider.
• Work closely with internal delivery and enrolment teams to maximise apprenticeship starts.

Required profile

• Experience within the apprenticeship sector or a training provider.
• Proven ability to engage stakeholders at all levels and manage client relationships.
• Highly organised, self‑motivated and comfortable with regular travel and face‑to‑face interaction.
• Passionate about workforce development and apprenticeship outcomes.
