Engagement Manager – Post‑sales Lead

About the role

Ramp is hiring its first post‑sales leader in Europe to own the end‑to‑end customer journey from onboarding through expansion. Based in London, you will drive activation, adoption and revenue growth for a portfolio of finance‑tech customers, shaping the company’s post‑sales motion across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead customers through the full transformation journey, from implementation to agentic workflow adoption.
• Own the revenue target for your book of business and identify expansion opportunities.
• Design and execute change‑management strategies: map stakeholders, diagnose resistance and build internal coalitions.
• Quantify and communicate Ramp’s impact in CFO‑focused metrics.
• Help customers adopt Ramp’s finance capabilities, positioning new workflows as fundamental changes.
• Maintain tight feedback loops with Design & Engineering to influence product decisions.
• Support the GM on strategic initiatives such as competitive analysis, ICP refinement and new segment exploration.

Required profile

• Legal right to work in the UK and willingness to travel frequently across the UK and Europe.
• Founder‑mode mentality with a proven track record of building, selling or solving problems independently.
• Daily fluency with AI tools and a habit of leveraging them to increase efficiency.
• Deep product expertise of Ramp’s finance platform and the ability to give prescriptive recommendations.
• Technical acumen to discuss integrations, APIs and workflow architecture with engineering teams.
• Commercial instinct to spot and close expansion opportunities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and high frustration tolerance.
