Engagement Manager – Value, Pricing & Access

About the role

Prescient is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead strategic market access consulting for innovative therapies. You will shape pricing and access strategies across oncology, rare diseases and specialty care, working with senior client stakeholders and guiding multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and sponsor multiple value, pricing and access strategy projects across the product life cycle.
• Lead client workshops, advisory boards and deliver strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Oversee project proposals, resource planning, timelines and quality of deliverables.
• Build long‑term client relationships, identify follow‑on opportunities and support business development.
• Coach and mentor analysts and consultants, conduct performance reviews and contribute to practice growth.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in market access, pricing, health economics or commercial strategy within pharma or consulting.
• Deep knowledge of drug development, global pricing and reimbursement systems, HTA and payer decision‑making.
• Significant exposure to oncology, rare diseases or specialty therapeutics.
• Proven client‑facing project management or sponsorship experience and line‑management responsibility.
• Strong strategic, analytical and communication skills with ability to lead teams and solve complex problems.
• BA/BS required; advanced degree (PhD, MSc, MBA, MPH) preferred in health policy, economics, business or life sciences.
