Engineer Scheduler – Coordination Role

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Engineer Scheduler to join a small, friendly team in High Wycombe. You will be the hub for booking and coordinating engineer visits, ensuring all information flows smoothly between customers, engineers and subcontractors.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with engineers and subcontractors to arrange bookings with accurate timing and details.
• Update the service management system and ensure call statuses are current.
• Maintain engineers' Outlook calendars in line with the service system.
• Enter booking dates into customer portals and generate RAMS, booking forms and permits.
• Produce weekly Call Statistics reports and meet KPI targets for ASQ/SW and PM/PPM bookings.
• Raise call actions, permits and quotes, and coordinate part ordering.
• Keep CRM records up‑to‑date, respond to emails within 8 hours and answer phones promptly.
• Provide cover for the customer service team and reception duties as needed.

Required profile

• Previous experience in scheduling or coordination roles.
• Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Clear, confident communication skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
